QuickBooks Integration

This page describes a private software integration between Epiphany Content Ltd and QuickBooks Online. It exists so that invoices and customer records can be created and updated directly in the company's own QuickBooks company file.

Who uses it

Epiphany Content Ltd, and nobody else. The integration is internal software. It is not published, sold, licensed or made available to any other business or individual, and it holds no accounts for third parties.

What it does

• Creates and updates customer records
• Creates, updates and reads sales invoices
• Reads the company's own products and services list, so invoice lines post to the correct income account
• Reads company details such as registered address and VAT registration, so invoices are issued correctly

What it does not do

It does not move money, process card or bank payments, offer credit, or connect to the QuickBooks Payments API. It does not delete or void transactions; those operations are disabled in its configuration.
