How to disconnect
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Open the Apps section, then My Apps.
- Find this integration and choose Disconnect.
Access can also be revoked from the Intuit account security settings.
What happens next
- The access and refresh tokens stop working immediately.
- The stored tokens are deleted from the machine that held them.
- No further reads or writes are possible without a fresh authorisation.
- All accounting data stays in QuickBooks. Disconnecting removes access, and changes nothing about the records themselves.
