End-User Licence Agreement

Terms governing the QuickBooks Integration operated by Epiphany Content Ltd.

Effective 10 September 2026

1. Parties and scope

This agreement covers the QuickBooks Integration ("the Integration"), private software operated by Epiphany Content Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11609641, with its registered office at First Floor Flat, 24 Clarendon Villas, Hove, East Sussex BN3 3RB.

The Integration is internal software. Epiphany Content Ltd is its only operator and only user. It is not distributed, sold, sublicensed or otherwise made available to any third party, and no third party holds an account with it.

2. Licence

Epiphany Content Ltd owns and operates the Integration for its own business use. No licence, right or interest is granted to any other person by the publication of this page.

3. Permitted use

The Integration is used solely to read and write records in the QuickBooks Online company belonging to Epiphany Content Ltd, specifically customers, sales invoices, products and services, and company information.

Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

6. Intuit's terms

Use of the Intuit Developer platform and the QuickBooks Online APIs is additionally governed by the Intuit Developer Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with this agreement in respect of platform use, Intuit's terms prevail.

7. Availability and warranties

The Integration is provided for internal use on an "as is" basis. Epiphany Content Ltd gives no warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose to any third party, since no third party is permitted to use it.

8. Liability

Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, Epiphany Content Ltd accepts no liability to any third party arising from the Integration.

9. Termination

Authorisation may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online. See Disconnect. Revocation ends all access immediately.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
